Cancellation Policy

Hey gorgeous glad you’re here!💋 Thank you for choosing and trusting me to service all your skincare needs. Below is a list of policies that are in place to help things run smoothly. Please make sure to read all our policies in order to avoid any unwanted fees. Naked Bliss is by appointment only and all appointments are required to be booked through this website. Please be sure to fill out all the information. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Please do not bring any guests with you if they are not being serviced, this includes, family, spouse, friends, and children. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment early please notify me via text or call and you will be notified when we are ready for you. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY🚨 We value your time and strive to provide the highest quality service to each of our clients. In order to maintain the efficiency and availability of our schedule for all clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total services booked for that appointment. CONSECUTIVE RESCHEDULING: Clients who reschedule their appointment more than twice consecutively will be required to pay the full service amount in advance to confirm any future appointments. After a third rescheduling or no-show, the client will no longer be eligible to book further appointments. NO CALL/NO SHOW: A "No Show" to your scheduled appointment will incur a charge totaling 75% of your scheduled services and will require a deposit for future appointments. LATE ARRIVAL (10-Minute Grace Period): Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment will have their appointment canceled and will be charged 75% of the total services booked. Clients who arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled appointment time will receive a shortened service, limited to the remaining time available for their appointment. Why This Policy Is Necessary: This policy ensures that we can allocate time efficiently, allowing other clients the opportunity to book available slots. Last-minute cancellations or multiple reschedules disrupt the schedule and can prevent other clients from accessing services in a timely manner. By implementing this policy, we aim to provide fair and consistent service to all our clients while managing our resources responsibly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Policy on Service Modifications If you have booked multiple services and decide to drop one of the services, we kindly ask that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and ensure efficient service for all clients. Failure to notify us of a service change within the required 24-hour notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the dropped service. Why This Policy Is Necessary: This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and ensures that time allocated for services is utilized properly. Late changes to your booking can affect our ability to accommodate other clients and may cause scheduling disruptions.
