Hey gorgeous glad you’re here!💋 Thank you for choosing and trusting me to service all your skincare needs. Below is a list of policies that are in place to help things run smoothly. Please make sure to read all our policies in order to avoid any unwanted fees. Naked Bliss is by appointment only and all appointments are required to be booked through this website. Please be sure to fill out all the information. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Please do not bring any guests with you if they are not being serviced, this includes, family, spouse, friends, and children. For facial treatments and lash lifts please come in bare-faced to your appointment. Excessive makeup will be charged $10.00 for removal. If you arrive to your scheduled appointment early please notify me via text or call and you will be notified when we are ready for you. If you are booking multiple services and decide to drop one of the services please make sure to inform me at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee totaling 50% of the dropped service. * LATE POLICY: To avoid unfair delays to our clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. You will be charged 75% of your totaling services. If you do arrive late to your appointment (but within less than 15 minute policy) your service will be shortened to the remainder time of your scheduled service. * LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges. Notification given less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in 50% of the totaling service for a cancellation or a $25 fee to reschedule. * NO CALL/NO SHOW: A "No Show" to your scheduled appointment will incur a charge totaling 75% of your scheduled services and will require a deposit for future appointments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please understand that last minute changes affect not only your skin therapist, but other clients as well.
